Re: Supervision App Not Working 255 Error
Hello Bob
Please uninstall the current version installed in your Mac and reinstall the latest version. Then initiate the supervision process and check if it works fine now. Please make sure that there is no anti-virus enabled on your Mac.

Supervision App STILL Not Working 255 Error
I followed your directions and downloaded the App from the link you provided above. I would also note that the link you provided still downloads the same version number and dosn't have any written indication of an update. It also says it was last modified on June 30, 2020 at 2:59PM. Either the link you provided is not the upgrade or your product is still not working.
I have the exact same errors that I always had when using your upgrade.
Please have someone at tech support contact me to rectify this issue. 773.345.2278

Re: 255 Error
Hello Venkat
Yes, this issue has been fixed in our latest version of Supervision tool for Mac. Please go ahead and sign up with Mobicip and try our features. Supervision process with this tool will be faster than before but it removes Mobicip MDM profile from your iOS device (to fasten up the process). Hence you will need to reinstall Mobicip MDM profile back onto your child's iOS device after completing the supervision process. Please make sure to complete this final step to avoid interruption in Mobicip filtering on the device.
