I have a MacBook Pro with the latest version of MacOS installed. I have the latest version of the Google Chrome Browser installed. I have the latest version of the Mobicip Mac application installed.
Mobicip is not reporting any browsing that happens with Google Chrome. It's blocks and report with Safari, but not with Google Chrome. It doens't do anything with Incognito mode and it also doesn't do anything with normal browsing mode.
The page on your website for Mac states:
"PARENTAL CONTROLS FOR MAC Mobicip for Mac is a powerful parental control app that protects any browser. Download and setup the Mobicip app on your child’s computer. Mobicip’s protection stays in the background and enforces your Internet usage preferences anytime, anywhere on any network."
This does not appear to be the case because the Mac app is not filtering Chrome at all.

Chrome browser not blocking key words assigned to be blocked
What version of Chrome is supported?
Chrome doesn't seem to be restricting key words.
I've set up filter profiles with blocked phrases.
For example, "French Kissing" should be blocked and it's not when Chrome is used.
It is when Safari is used.
Mobicip is not working at the OS level with the chrome browser - it's not blocking access when "french kissing" is searched.
Mobicip is installed on a Mac Mini, OS 10.11.6

MOBICIP FOR MAC NOT MONITORING OR FILTER GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER (
Gita, did you even read my original post? I know that Mobicip is available for Mac and resides at the OS level and is supposed to work for any/all broswers. I downloaded Mobicip for Mac and installed it per the ttorial. It works on Safari, so I know that I've installed it correctly. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ANY/ALL BROSWERS. It provides no filtering whatsoever for Google Chrome. I was able to search for and veiw sites that were extremely inappropirate for children in Chrome. They were blocked in Safari, but completely unblocked in Chrome. This is not due to any account setting I have mae. Mobicip for Mac is not functioning as advertised on Mac becasue it is not filtering "any/all browsers" - specifically Google Chrome. Please have your development team test this and update us on when a solution will be introduced.

Re: MOBICIP FOR MAC NOT MONITORING OR FILTER GOOGLE CHROME BROWS
Dear Carlton
The issue could be because the browser has already connected directly to the URL you are browsing (say google.com) before Mobicip was enabled. A quick way to confirm this is to open Incognito window and try browsing. If filtering works there, then clear browser cache (In the menu, select Chrome->Clear Browsing Data, and clear cached images and files) and try again. Also restart the Mac device after clearing browser cache.

mobicip is STILL not working on chrome browser for Mac...
Okay so this was like 7 months ago and you still havent fixed it?? Please do not suggest I perform the suggestions you mentioned above, as i have tried them all multiple times. I have even uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it! It does NOT work! Please either offer an actual solution or refund the total cost of the subscription and provide the uninstall package to remove this from all of my devices. This malfunction is the absolute last straw. Not only is your customer service completely absent, but your program does not do what is advertised.

Re: mobicip is STILL not working on chrome browser for Mac...

I noticed that if I had Parental Controls on my child's Mac account, Mobicip blocking would not work. Disabling Parental Controls on the account would allow Mobicip to work correctly. Note that it was NOT enough to toggle the "safe web browsing" setting off for Parental Controls - the entire setting for Parental Control had to be disabled.
