Supervision for iphone

1) I tried to get in touch via the contact form after reading the helpdesk entry on this, but the contact form isn't allowing any punctuation - only letters and numbers - in the message box. ???

2) Here's my issue: I downloaded the Mobicip app on my Macbook to 'supervise' our daughter's iphone. I got part way through the process and it stopped - not sure why - and now the app thinks the iphone is 'already supervised'...but it's not. Help! I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. You might need to unsupervise the device and start the process again from the scratch. Please contact our Email Support via your registered email id to gain access to our Unsupervision tools. Once done, you can try fresh and check if it works this time. In case you face any issue, send an email with the exact steps and we will guide you further accordingly and will make sure that the issue is fixed.

Location Function not Functioning

Dear Mobycip,

  We've just begun our Mobycip journey and appreciate how well it keeps tabs on our daughter's online activity.  However, the location function shows that her phone is at our home address when she has it with her at work some 15 miles away.  Will we have to uninstall Mobycip from her iPhone and then rescan the QR code to make the location function work?  Please advise.

Hello Sam,

Please note that Mobicip doesn't offer real-time locating tracking, as of now. In other words, you will need to manually use location feature every time you wish to see the device location. Please make sure Mobicip is granted location permission in app settings, then check if app is active on your child's device or launch Mobicip app on the device, then try locating it again and check if the location is updated at your end.
