1) I tried to get in touch via the contact form after reading the helpdesk entry on this, but the contact form isn't allowing any punctuation - only letters and numbers - in the message box. ???
2) Here's my issue: I downloaded the Mobicip app on my Macbook to 'supervise' our daughter's iphone. I got part way through the process and it stopped - not sure why - and now the app thinks the iphone is 'already supervised'...but it's not. Help! I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck.
