I looked through your faq and have the iphone supervised tru the desktop app But the moment the phone comes out of the screentime, the apps are all rearranged. The faq says that should not happen on the supervised device. Please help.
We have downloaded the app referenced in the article link above to prevent rearranging and it is still happening. We have placed the app at the top left corner of the home page. We have also tried placing the app on the page with the folders. When we allow screen time again, the icons are out of folders and rearranged after several attempts. Please advise.
