Roblox Blocking in Supervised ipads

Hello - I have 2 supervised ipads one for each of my kids. I've gone into both of my kids profiles and have tried to add roblox through the app store as an allowed app. When i search roblox, the app appears and has a green check mark next to it, meaning it should be allowed. When I then go back into both ipads, the app is not allowed - it says it's restricted. What am I missing?

Please note that it may take some time for any change that you make on the account to get reflected on the devices. So.please give it sometime and then check if Roblox app is allowed as per your Settings. In case the issue still persists, close Mobicip app from background, restart the device, relaunch Mobicip app and then check if the app opens up fine. If nothing helps, then some other setting in your account could be the cause. Please contact our Email Support and we will investigate further asap.
