I set up my child's chromebook according to the recommendations - only allowed his email address as a user.
But, he is able to delete his account on the login page and then add it again, which means that mobicip needs to be reactivated. This allows him to browse without restrictions.
Any suggestions?
Can i get a phone call for support on this?

We suspect that your child has admin previleges in the Chromebook. Please note that the very first account used to login on a Chromebook is designated as the 'Owner' account, which has special privileges. You may want to login using your own Google/Gmail account the first time on a new Chromebook to ensure that you retain the 'Owner' privileges. We suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this page to reset your device and add your email id as an admin account.
