My teenager has been using the filtering software for the last 2 days with no problems. All of a sudden today, she tried to login to virtual school via zoom and it refused the connection. As soon as I disabled the software, zoom worked fine. Is there a setting I need to add to allow all Zoom calls? I did not see anything and nothing is showing on the software as being blocked.
