I've installed Mobicip on my Windows 7 home computer. I can enter my account and password at www.mobicip.com and log in, but it does not work clicking on my desktop icon - I get "Login Failed". There is no option that I can see to reset my password. Isn't this the same account/password that I log in with at the Mobicip website? If so, why does it not work on my home computer?

Windows 7 Password not working
I, too, have the same problem. Just paid $10 for this application and it won't let me login. Any help out there?

Still having problem, can't log into Mobicip from my desktop. Think I need to look for another product with better support.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having. Our dev team has resolved the issue successfully. Please download and install a patch of our solution from the website below:
http://downloads.mobicip.com/windows7/x86/MobicipUpdate_x86.exe
You need not uninstall Mobicip already installed on your system but just need to download and run the .exe file from the website above. Please let us know if this resolved the issue. Otherwise, we will investigate further asap.

While waiting for help - work around - and now new problem
While waiting for help from my post last week, I decided to just uninstall and reinstall Mobicip to see if this resolved my client login problem on my Windows 7 computer. This did resolve the problem!
Now a week later, and I'm thinking a patch later.... the same thing is happening again. I can log into my Mobicip account at your website, but not the client on my home computer.
So, decided to unintall and reinstall Mobicip again. However, now to uninstall Mobicip the client login prompt displays (this appears to be new as I did not get this prompt last week). Well, now I'm really stuck - as this appears to be the same login prompt used by the Mobicip client that is not working and the reason I was trying to uninstall and reinstall Mobcip.
Any help would be most appreciated.

work around - now new problem
While waiting for help, decided to uninstall/reinstall Mobicip. This did resolve the Mobicip client login problem I was having.
However, now a week later - and I think a Mobicip patch later, I am having the same problem trying to log in to the Mobicip client. Keep getting Failed Login.
Decided to uninstall/reinstall again. Now to uninstall Mobicip you are prompted to enter your login/password (this did not happen last week so I'm guessing this was new with the latest patch). However, this appears to be using the same client login that I am unable to log into to begin with. So, now I'm really stuck. Can't log into the Mobicip client on my Windows 7 computer, nor can I uninstall/reinstall Mobicip.
Any help would be most appreciated.
