I have a premium subscription and 5 devices registered. The 2 Android and 1 iOS phone report websites and app use; however, the 2 windows devices (one Windows 8.1 Pro, the other Windows 7 Pro SP1) report no data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Mobicip a number of times, but I have not gotten data to report on the dashboard. Both devices run Microsoft Windows Defender anti-virus; I know that Mobicip has had issues with other anti-virus. Could this be the problem? Or, is there another issue I should pursue?
Any guidance/sugggestions appreciated!
