When I try to visit any website except for gmail I get a dark navy blue screen "authentication failed" login again. This happens in Chrome and i.e. I can login with browser on another device with no issues, but not the win10 app. Gives me 403 error mismatch. I have also tried going into the services and stopping the 'manager' and ' service'. This machine is pretty much a paper weight right now. I am using my tablet to send this. I wanted to try reinstalling, but the mobicip website is blocked also. Help!!

This exact problem started
This exact problem started happening on my kids' computer. Getting EVERYTHING blocked, can not surf a single website, not even mobicip or whitelisted sites. Can't use gaming software.
Can't login - error 403.
Super frustrated - can't talk to a person at Mobicip either. Where's your phone number??

Your product isn't as easy to use as once before and I've been using since around 2012. Your customer support is also lacking and it is actually just as important as your product. Please improve you customer support. I've spent well over 2 hours (and that is just this morning, that is not including the other days this week I've been trying to fix this) searching your blog for answers to my issue and have tried MULTIPLE things. Nothing is working. 24 hours is a very long time. Esp if the fix you give does not work! Then I'm waiting another DAY to try yet ANOTHER fix that MIGHT or MIGHT NOT work!
