I have yet to start with Mobicip. A second question before I do:

I would want to use a whitelist, not a blacklist. I hope that this works this way:

that with a whitelist, the user can ONLY access websites that are on the whitelist and nothing else. 

So that if there are two sites on the whitelist, he can access these two sites and nothing more.

 

Hope this is what the whitelist means.

Yes, our Premium subscription enables you to select the list of websites that can be allowed. By selecting the option 'White-list only' mode, you can mention a specific website(s) that you wish your users to have access to. You can then assign this profile to all your devices. Any website other than those mentioned in the list will be blocked by Mobicip for reason 'Blacklisted URL'.
