White List Issue

Since I want to restrict the access of iPads attached to my premium account to only those I specify, I have enabled the Allow ONLY the websites on this list option.

My problem is, every site I add to the white list instead shows up under the blocked list. I have double checked and triple check that I am selecting Whitelist (Allow) Websites before adding the links. I have also cleared the list multiple times and re-added, only to have the same result.

I am unable to get to any websites when White List only option is enabled as it doesnt seem to be correctly updating and applying the filters I set.

Google filter not working

I have the word *accounts* in the blacklist to prevent my daughter from accessing the sites to create new gmail, google plus and other accounts on her ipad. Now I see that if she hits the google bar (You+,Youtube, gmail, etc) she can get to anything - even worse these websites falsely show in the history as being blocked but are not. If she searches the word "accounts" or types in the account sign in website address, it is blocked. But if she clicks on gmail on the google bar, she can get in. She is required to use the ipad at school but they have no filtering, so we are dependent on your software.

removing devices

How do I remove devices that no longer are connected to mobicip? My last years devices are taking the premium subscription and I need to get the current students iPads correctly identified.

Conflicting Program

I have mobicip on my windows 7 pc, I keep getting an error message on the bottom right corner saying some program (PID 35721) conflicting with mobicip the message uses PID 35721 to identify the conflict. Does anyone know what that means.
Thanks so much!
