Hi.
I have a problem with my sons phone continously blocks whatsapp.
The only way around this is for me to log into my account and click on Done via the apps loaded screen and then save his profile again.
Can you please explain this behaviour as I am starting to get frustrated by it ?

There could be several reason why Whats app was blocked for your son. We need to look into your account settings to isolate the exact cause of the issue. Meanwhile, please login to your Mobicip account at www.mobicip.com > Family > Configure > Mobile Apps > Advanced Settings > Uncheck Approved apps only and check if it helps. In case the issue still persists, send an email to our Email Support via your registered email id and we will investigate further asap.
