Want to remove device from control panel, change default user name, monitor apps on win10

1-Default user name for my child's device is "child 1". I want to change this to my child's name. How can I do this?

2-Want to remove my device from device list, bc I am parent and don't need to monitor myself. How to do this?

3-Is there a way to monitor apps on Windows 10? I have downloaded the app to the win10 machine and can view it in my account, but can't find instructions on Mobicip.com for installing Mobicip app monitor. Have premium account.

Do i really need to email Support to delete devices??

Can someone please explain why parents cannot delete devices using the Mobicip Monitor app or the Mobicip.com portal?

Hello Allison

Yes, to delete a device in your account, all you need to do is get in touch with our Email Support. Actually, we had this device deletion option available in User portal for some time where users can delete devices themselves. Due to some technical difficulties, this option was recently removed. We will fix the issues and will make the change in the future. We really appreciate your help and patience as we work towards this feature.

Deleting devices

Do you seriously have to email tech support to delete a device?  this is the craziest thing ive ever heard of!!  What is the email address for support to do this?  I just purchased this app and app severely disappointed in it!

We apologize for the inconvenience but as of now, you will have to contact our Email Support to have a device deleted from your account. Our support email is support@mobicip.com

Delete device

Is it really not possible for me as an admin for a paid account to remove a device?

Unfortunately, yes. As mentioned in one of the above posts, we had this device deletion option available in User portal for some time where users can delete devices themselves. Due to some technical difficulties, this option was recently removed. We will fix the issues and will make the change in the future.
 
Until then, you can send email to us and we will remove the device at our end.

This thread is from 2016 and it does not look like the user function to delete a device has been restored yet is that correct?
