Hi, we have had  a service with mobicip for at least 3 years,what waste of time. It has never worked properly, and no one has ever written in response to my emails.

Writing this so others will know that today, 03/19/2015 I have written by email twice to notify them of my cancellation of their service.

We are terribly sorry for the poor experience you have had. We do respond to email diligently and try to respond to issues in a timely fashion. We checked our records and could find only one email from your email received on Jan 16, 2015. We have responded to that asap. We do not see any other email other than this.
 
We see that you are using Yahoo email account. Recently, Yahoo email had started blocking emails sent from the Mobicip server. Our emails were not even classified as spam, but were summarily blocked by the email service provider. This was not specific to Mobicip Support, but due to a policy change made by Yahoo that we were not compliant with. This caused issue in the past and we were not receiving emails sent via Yahoo account. We have since corrected the problem. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
 
We will cancel your Premium asap and will send you a confirmation email as well. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences caused.

I want to cancel service

Hi. There should be an easy way to cancel service. It's a hassle to have to contact customer service to do this. I just now wrote an email but it's ridiculous that I can't just cancel it myself. I liked the service. I just don't need it anymore.
