I purchased this product about a week ago because of great reviews, However I must say I am not happy with it.
It does not give you clear directions on how to go about getting your account up and how to add devices and all. I have had to do the whole run around going from one tab to another trying to sort it all out.
Even after numerous emails, no one has gotten back to me. I even asked for a phone number so I could sort this out over the phone and they told me they dont do that but to contact Technical Support.
I just want to UNINSTALL tthisprogram on all my devices. Its just caused me so much unwanted stress.
Someone just help me to uninstall this thing please.
I have an Android ph, and 2 Macs......

I cannot access the internet from my Mac device. Its giving me a Code:500 page and asking me to visit mobicip.com/helpdesk, that I cannot get to either.
My child needs this device for school and I need this to be sorted real soon. I have no access to internet whatsoever on this device right now:(

confused with bad help and trying to remove account from chromeb
Help. I am trying to remove one of my accounts since my daughter is old enough not to have it and it is interfering with her applying for colleges. I cannot figure out how to remove it, and there is no help available and no way to contact tech. support. Can anyone tell me how to get Mobicip off her Chromebook and/or how to contact someone at tech support?

I am attempting to remove this from both my iphone (which I'm not sure how it got onto my iphone) & my daughter's chromebook. When I try to uninstall the extension, it's asking for username and password and keeps giving me that the info is incorrect (it's not). Please let me know as I am very unhappy with this product. It ONLY sends me info on what she is doing on youtube, not even browsing or app install. I can keep track of that for free with google.
