I have tried using the help form a couple of times but aside from the 'we'll respond in 24 hours' notice, I've not heard anything back.
I opened up a premium account last year, which I have one device on. Last week and post the modifcations to the premium service (ie, from $10 / device / year to $40 for up to 5 devices / year) I wanted to add a new device, which I did and subsequently paid for a new premium sub (pre-empting the renewal on the other device by about 8 weeks).
When I look at the two devices under my account, one (GT-I9300) is assosciated with last years subscription and tells me that it will renew on 29th July, the other device (GT-I8190N) is assosciated with the new subscription that will renew next year.
I had expected both devices to be on the same subscription, and have asked for this to be done via the web form. Obviously what I don't want to happen is for another charge to be placed on my card come the 29th July.
Can this please be resolved?
