Trouble upgrading to premium service

We signed up for the premium service over the weekend but our account is showing we still onyl have the basic service.  What do we need to do?

Devices page doesn't show Premium upgrade

Your Premium purchase has probably been processed and applied to your account. The notice that says "Upgrade Now" should have disappeared from the other pages, but will probably persist in the Devices page alone. You will continue to see the notice until you use Mobicip from the device the next time. 

Simply launch Mobicip on the device and the notice should go away within a few minutes.
