I apologize if this is mentioned somewhere in the support, but I don't see why a video on nickjr.com or pbskids.org doesn't seem to work through this app.
This seems to be true, and I can't find an explanation. Fortifyprogram.org (a porn addiction recovering site) is also on my whitelist, but comes up as a blank page, with no given explanation.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce this issue at our end and the website Fortifyprogram.org loaded up fine for us expect the embedded vimeo videos (blocked for reason 'Porn'). We suggest that you give it a try one more time and check if it works fine now.
If the issue still persists, some settings in your account must be causing this. Please contact our Email Support via your registered email id and we will investigate further asap.
