I  have everything set up and when I view the monitoring on my computer everything is there. But on the monitoring app it says "this profile is not active on any devices".  I want to monitor from my phone.  Help!

Profile setting per user.

Hi,

I am using a trial version of this software to manage my Chromebook.

I have created two profiles to be used for two different user logins (gmail Ids); however, when I login to the admin port, all my gmail users are shown under same filter profile. I do not know how do I configure a given gmail user in its own filter profile. 

Also under the standard filter profile categories, I do not know what kind of URLs are blocked. Do you have details on these categores?

Hello Anil
Please note that the device - child user mapping has to be done at your end on the device itself. Please go to the browser's menu > More tools > Extension > Click 'Options' under Mobicip extension > you will see the login page to change the profile.
 
Reg your other concern - Refer this webpage to understand our filtering levels better.

Hello Monica
We apologize for the confusion. Apparently, the options are changed in the new update. Just click on the Mobicip extension icon and you should see 'Change Filter Profile' option there.
 
Please refer the screenshot for 5th point in this tutorial for assistance.

Connecting Profile to Chromebook Device- no Mobicip Icon

I am trying to follow these instructions, but there is no Mobicip Icon to click on on this Chromebook.  How to do I connect a Mobicip Profile to my child's profile on this Chromebook?

i need a mobicip filter on each of my children's google accounts on my chromebook, but only able to  download a filter on my profile.  thanks, brooke

You will need to login to each of your child's Google account and add Mobicip extension to it. You can view the detailed steps here.
