Unfortunately, Netflix has been doing a lot of non-standard stuff recently and their new http2 protocol is not currently supported by Mobicip. Our dev team contacted them and is actively working on getting a solution. We will get back to you with an update as soon as we hear from them.

Netflix is working on our Windows 10 laptop but Hulu displays the Proxy server error. Anything we can do about that? Is there a custom setting we can apply to allow Hulu?
Try adding hulu.com to the specific profile whitelist and check if it helps. If the issue still persists, contact our Email Support via your registered email id and we will investigate further asap.
When I use netflix through my google chrome browser, nothing shows up on the dashboard. There is nothing in either the browsing history or recently watched vides sections of the dashboard that shows that netflix was accessed. Is there a way to get Netflix activity to show up on the dashboard?

Netflix is working on our

netflix videos not showing up on browsing history/videos
