Re: SSL Certificate error in Chrome 60

Please follow the steps to import the certificate, once downloaded.
1. Go to chrome://settings/certificates
2. Click on 'Import' in the path Certificate Manager > Authorities
3. Select the downloaded certificate and click open.
4. Choose the option 'Trust this certificate for identifying websites' and click Ok.

Everything should be set now.

Gita, this process does not

Gita, this process does not work. chrome://settings/certificates takes you to the settings page. I downloaded and installed the mobicip extension for chrome because I was getting SSL errors. The extension guided me on installing the certificate although it is not quite accurate. I am on Windows 10 and went to Chrome settings then clicked advanced options, then clicked manage certificates. It opens up a window where I can import the certificate that I downloaded per instructions from the mobicip extension. Although when I go to import it gives me many options for certificates, none of which have the .pem extension. I manage to import it anyway but then Chrome switches from giving me this connection is not secure errors to giving me some error specifically pertaining to the certificate I just installed. Please have your team look into this issue as I cannot use mobicip to monitor my sons computer until this is resolved. It is either a bug or the instructions are not clear enough.
