I purchased the Premium for my 12 year old son's iTouch. When I would log-in to Mobicip, I was not able to use the Premium settings. I thought maybe my account had not been activated. After 4 days, I emailed customer service to inquire. Within the hour, on SUNDAY December 26, the error was corrected. I had accidentally typed my email incorrect when I purchased the Premium, creating 2 accounts. I cannot thank Mobicip enough for their product, and their very fast Customer Service!
