Settings on Ipad browser do not match setting on website

Hi,

 

I changed the level of access for my user on the mobicip website to middle school but it does not update on the iPad mobicip browser.  I originally had it set to elementary school and now would like to change it to Middle school to fit my needs.  Is this a problem or am I missing something?

It may take up to 15 mins for changes made on the website to be reflected on the device. Please allow some time and try again. Let us know if the problem is resolved. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.
