I have submitted a request to support why a few of my school managed ipads are getting the error message "Proxy authentication Required Enter the password for the HTTP proxy uswestgp.mobicip.net:80 in settings"  It is not happening to other ipads on that managed cart - I shouldn't have to do anything individually.  Please respond if you have an answer because so far support is not responding on this issue and another issue I have.

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Our dev team has confirmed that this is a known problem on iOS. When the version is updated, the global proxy payload gets corrupted. This is an Apple bug and will hopefully be resolved soon. It is a known bug since iOS 9.x and has not been fixed so far in iOS 10.x. Hopefully, they will address the bug in an upcoming release. In the meantime, the only workaround is to remove the profile and push it again using your MDM program.
