Requests Not working

Hello,

When a request is submitted for a website and it is approved, the device can still not access the site that was approved. This is on a chrome book.

Please note that it may take sometime for any change that you make on the account to reflect on the device. Please try in the Chromebook now and check if the site is allowed. If not, send an email to our Email Support via your registered email id. We will check your account settings and identify the cause of the issue.
