Hi! I am having a problem with my daughters' ipod touches. Last night I purchased and installed two mobicip apps on each of my daughter's ipod touches. I then signed online and purchased two premium device accounts. Now, my account is showing 2 users, both attached to 1 ipod, even though I signed them each on separately and under the device tab, it is showing 3 ipod touches, the 1st is the one both users are attached to, the 2nd and 3rd have exactly the same name, and neither are . The problem is, only one of the devices are being properly restricted. I have bought 2 apps and 2 premium subscriptions. I emailed for tech support but the response did not help at all:
Since you are a Premium subscriber, you have the ability to setup multiple child user profiles in your account. To assign a device to a specific user, launch Mobicip on the device, then touch the info button and select Settings to set the child user for the device. You will be required to enter your username and password to enable the change.
Please let us know if the problem is resolved now. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.
I did this, even reinstalled the apps, no further reply to my email. If this isn't resolved quickly, I am going to request a refund!

Re: Premium Device Problem and User Problem

We are very sorry for the trouble you are having. Did you do this particular step mentioned in our response?
>> To assign a device to a specific user, launch Mobicip on the device, then touch the info button and select Settings to set the child user for the device.
If you have done this, you should be all set. When you login at www.mobicip.com and select Settings > Users, you may still see the 2 devices listed under the first user profile. This is just an artifact and you can safely ignore it as long as the second user profile shows the correct device association.
To check this, launch Mobicip on each device yourself and browse to a couple of websites, allow about 5 min, then login at www.mobicip.com and select Reports. Select All websites to see if your browsing has been recorded and the correct user and device are assigned. If the reports are populated correctly, it means Mobicip is working as expected.
If you are still having problems, please let us know and we will investigate further asap.
BTW, there is also a third device enabled using your account. This device has the same name as one of other devices using your account, and it doesn't have a Premium subscription associated with it. Was one of the iPods replaced at any point? That might explain why the new iPod is at the non-Premium level.
Please let us know and we will continue to assist you further.

I only have 2 ipod touches
I only have 2 ipod touches that I installed this on yesterday, so I don't know why there is a duplicate showing up. It is really important to get the second one secured. I have tried everything and read all of the help issues I could find.
