password issue

I am unable to access any of my apps on my phone. When I try to enter the password it just says authentication failed. I have tried a number of times to to change the password and nothing changes. I am on a business trip in another country and desperately need my phone. Please advise on how to fix this!

Please let us know the exact error message with error code (if any) that you get while trying to login to Mobicip and we will guide you further accordingly.
 
Please make sure that you enter the email id exactly as registered (username is also case sensitive) and its respective password. You can also try changing the password and check if it helps. Password can be changed on this Mobicip.com page

It says authentication

It says authentication failed please check your username and password. Nothing else. I can change my password but this will only allow me to sign into the mobicip website and not to unlock any of my apps or change any settings. Just about everything on my phone is locked, so I cannot access my phone settings to change anything.

Please note that your account username and password are case-sensitive when it comes to app login. Make sure that you are entering the username/email exactly as registered with caps letters (if any).
 
If the issue still persists, we will need to look into your account. Send an email to our Email Support via your registered id and we will investigate further.

android install

I am using mobicip on my kids iphones without ay trouble. however, on my sns andoid, i can not get it to work at all.

I can download the safebrowser, but when it ask me to log i, it gives me an error message, saying my account info is incorrect.

this is the message I receive:

Auth Error

Account error! Please retry(404)

 

I know for sure the account info I am entering is correct.

Can you please advice. This is fairly frustrating.

Hello Tobias
Please note that error code 404 indicates the reason - 'Device registered as premium with another account'. Do you know if the device was enabled using a different Mobicip Premium account? If yes, then the device has to be released from the previous account before it can be enabled using the new account.
 
If you can please let us know the email address that was used for enabling the device in the past, we will release the device from that account at our end. You can send an email to our Email Support. Then you will be able to login using your new account.
