I am trying to install app monitoring on my son's iPad.  (iOS 9.1)

I log in to mobicip.com using Safari.

I click on 'Apps' on the menu.

I get a list of devices to choose from.

I click on the iPad in question.

I get:

"This feature requires Mobicip Premium" with an "Upgrade Now" button.

The problem is, I already have a Premium account.

I thik the issue is because I have 5 devices aleady protected by my premium account.

So my question now becomes - how do I REMOVE a device from my account, in order to be abe to add the new iPad to the five devces covered by my existing premium account?
