I am not receiving the weekly report.

I believe I have indicated the correct information in the report setup.

The report is NOT in my spam folder.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. It appears that you had contacted Mobicip Support privately via email about a week before this forum post. We had responded to your email with the following suggestion:

We see internet activity on your device till the 15th of December 2010, which makes us believe that you may have not set your 'Email reports' webpage. Please login to www.mobicip.com and go to Settings >> Email reports >> Edit. Please choose how often you would like to receive the reports and the format along with the email address that you would like it delivered. To make sure it works, please choose weekly and Thursday so that you will receive your next report tomorrow.

Please let us know if the above answers your question and resolves your problem. Otherwise, we will be happy to assist further. Thank you for choosing Mobicip.

Did you get a chance to try out the suggestion above? Meanwhile, we are assuming that the problem is still unresolved, and our dev team is investigating the issue now. Please let us know either way and we will get back to you with an update asap.

Actually, I had set my 'Email

Actually, I had set my 'Email reports'  web page many weeks ago but, now that you mention December 15th, I remember that I had to reinstall everything on my iPad during that time.  I will edit + save the 'Email reports'  web page again and we will see what happens.  Thanks.

still no report

I have now 2 children (with 2 subscriptions) using Mobicip.

I still don't receive any weekly report.

When I edited + saved the

When I edited + saved the 'Email reports' web page, I noticed that there was a comma after my email address, maybe that was the problem.  I removed the comma.  Thanks.
