I have several profiles on my account, both on my PC and on iPod Touch devices. On the profile I set the filtering level "Moderate", all Youtube videos are allowed, even ones with complete nudity in the thumbnail image. On another profile I set the filter to "Strict", and chose the "Youtube" catagory to be blocked, but added several Youtube pages to be whitelisted, but the whitelisted pages are blocked too. I have a Premium membership, but the whole reason I bought this service is because it is advertised as filtering Youtube videos. I've scoured your help columns for a long time and nothing I've found has worked. Please help!

It's now been 13 days since I
It's now been 13 days since I posted here about my problem. 6 days waiting for a reply on the forum, which told me to email instead. It's now been 4 days since I emailed as I was instructed. I've now been waiting 2 weeks in all for a solution to my problem. What do I need to do to get any help with this?
