Any videos that are played through the mobicip web browser now have no sound. I was able to get sound until recently. This problem manifests regardless of where the video is coming from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I am currently having the same issue on my phone. Samsung galaxy s7 edge. Noticed it a couple of days ago. All other sound works through other apps. Just can't get any sound from anything through the browser. This tells me it's a problem with mobicip and not my phone. Please help us with this mobicip. Thanks in aadvance for the help.
UPDATE: We are happy to inform you that this issue has been resolved at our end. An updated app version has been uploaded to Play store. Please update Mobicip app in your devices and check if it the issue is resolved.
