My Mobi report was appearing last night on the dashboard and now it is not. Its saying there is no reports found? What happened? Its happened twice this weekend?
I signed up for mobicip and the premium trial yesterday afternoon. My mobicip account shows the device, but no activity has shown up at all. No history, no apps...nothing. I have double checked that I registered the device and my daughter and I have used the device multiple times. I will be deleting this in a couple of days and trying something else if not resolved.
We need to look into your account to check the logs and isolate the exact cause. So, please send an email to our Email Support via your registered id and we will investigate further asap.

no history shows
