No Logs, and no time blocks active

I accidentally purchased 2 premium packages- and it appears that I am still not receiving logs, and the time blocks I put on the account are not blocking his access at the times I specified. I signed up several hours ago. Please help. Thank you.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.

Your Premium purchase has been processed and applied to your account. One of the devices enabled using your account has picked up the Premium subscription while the other one hasn't. The Premium settings will be applied to this device when Mobicip is launched from the device the next time.

When you login at www.mobicip.com, the notice that says "Upgrade Now" should have disappeared from the other pages, but will probably persist in the Devices page alone until you use Mobicip from the device the next time. Simply launch Mobicip on the device and it will pick up the Premium subscription. On the website, the notice to upgrade should disappear within a few minutes.

Please let us know if the problem is resolved now. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.
