No Activity Being Reported

 I put mobicip on my iphone, and upgraded to the premium but for some reason it is not connecting in order for the specific restrictions I put in place to become active. There is no activity registering and it still says I need to upgrade even though I payed for the upgrade

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. It appears that since you posted this forum query, your premium subscriptions have been picked up by your devices. We see internet activity reports from both your devices on the web monitor.

We do see that one of your devices has been associated with the wrong child user. To change the child user on the device, please launch Mobicip on the device and touch the 'i' icon on the bottom right corner and touch 'Settings'. You will see all the child users under your account listed here and you will be able to assign the correct child user for the device. You will be required to enter your Mobicip credentials to enable the change.
