I'm new to this site and have just downloaded it to my 2 children's iPhones. It completely works on Child1 but when it comes to Child2, I get nothing but "waiting for activation". I took the same steps as Child1. I even, my stupidity, went the extra mile and paid for the $9.99 subscription. I still get the same thing. So my dilemma now is....I've spent $9.99 on an iPhone that won't even activate this program. It does however work great for Child1. When I try to log in on Child2's phone to access this site it won't even recognize my username and password. Any ideas on what more I can do?

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having and for the delay in replying to your forum post. Can you please delete and reinstall the app on the second device as we believe that it will be easiest way to resolve the issue? We believe that there may have been an unknown bug during the installation process that may be causing the 'waiting for activation' error. We have reported the issue to our dev team and requested them to investigate and fix the issue.
To reinstall Mobicip Safe Browser, press and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle, then delete. Visit the App Store and search for Mobicip. Install the app by selecting BUY NOW. Make sure that you use the exact same iTunes account that you had used before to purchase the app. You will not be charged for purchasing the same app again.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email to Mobicip Support and we will investigate further asap. Once again, we apologize for not replying to your forum post sooner.
