I have two sons, one has an iPhone the other a Sony android. I need a very simple guide as to how to use mobicip on their devices. I have signed up, and activate the account on the I phone. What else do I do.
have to say this looks like a great product, but I'm struggling with its ease of use and set up. Trying to restrict the kids time means me spending all day on mine!

Multiple Parental Control
I am on a 3 day trial of Premium, and along with Gita, finding the setup a little frustrating and the instructions lacking. On the support page, it does tell me how to set up the first user on a chromebook. It does not tell me how to set up a second child. Can you please explain further? Thanks.

Also is there any danger of setting this up for the main user account?

Supervised or Not Supervised
According to the guide, http://content.mobicip.com/content/how-setup-parental-controls-chromebook, one is NOT supposed to use supervised accounts.... Is that no longer accurate? If it IS accurate, how do you stop other accounts from uninstalling the mobicip plugin?

Supervised or Not Supervised
The Chromebook doesn't get past step 2 of the tutorial. So I never see the certificate request for HTTPS. WHen I click on the mobicip icon, nothing happens.
The browser cannot do anything....it is stuck on "Loading..." All sites are unable to load--no blockpage, just loading forever.
