i use Safari ....i get "the change you wanted was rejected"
i use chrome or mobicip and it downloads profile and doesnt know what to do with it because there is no profile manager installed.
I am very bothered that i just purchased this and it already is being glitchy.

I'm trying to set up a second device for a second child - and am not able to log in through safari or mobicip browser, so I'm completely unable to set up a profile for the second device. I paid for the premium app and can't use it. Please help!!

Im having the same issue, i cant login to my account on my sons ipad mini to install the app monitor. Im going through safari and cant login on his, I tested it on my iphone 6 logged in and installed the app monitor without any problem. Why cant i do it on the Device i need it on??

Problem solved: ios settings, safari, block cookies = Change to "Always allow."
The Mobicip website requires cookies in order to log in. But the default cookie setting for ios 8 is "Always block". Switch to Always allow, and you're good to go for this website and others that don't work correctly without cookies.
(Do I get a discount for solving the mystery... or at least give me a cookie.)
