Monitor Apps doesnt install profile

i use Safari ....i get "the change you wanted was rejected"

i use chrome or mobicip and it downloads profile and doesnt know what to do with it because there is no profile manager installed.

I am very bothered that i just purchased this and it already is being glitchy.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We were dealing with extremely high volume due to the holidays and hence the delay. Our dev team is actively investigating the issue and we will keep you posted on any updates regarding this. Unfortunately, the issue is a little more complicated than what we believed earlier and hence the delay in resolving it.

I'm trying to set up a second device for a second child - and am not able to log in through safari or mobicip browser, so I'm completely unable to set up a profile for the second device.  I paid for the premium app and can't use it.  Please help!!

A temporary glitch in our server could have caused the issue. We suggest you to give one more try and check if it works now.  If the issue still persists, please let us know and we will investigate further asap. We appreciate your help and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.

App monitor install. The change you wanted was rejected

Im having the same issue, i cant login to my account on my sons ipad mini to install the app monitor. Im going through safari and cant login on his, I tested it on my iphone 6 logged in and installed the app monitor without any problem. Why cant i do it on the Device i need it on??

Problem solved:  ios settings, safari, block cookies = Change to "Always allow."

 

The Mobicip website requires cookies in order to log in.  But the default cookie setting for ios 8 is "Always block".  Switch to Always allow, and you're good to go for this website and others that don't work correctly without cookies.

(Do I get a discount for solving the mystery... or at least give me a cookie.)
