Monitor app issues

Hi, I'm a Premium user.  I have a couple of iPads in a "School_iPads" filter profile, but the app shows that this profile isn't active on any of the devices.  On the website, it shows up properly (with the two iPads listed).  I also don't see where I'd be able to approve any websites in the app.

Please try to refresh the reports page in Monitor app (by pulling the screen down) and check if it helps. Also, try closing the Monitor app from background and restart it. If the issue still persists, please let us know. 
 
Reg your other concern - The 'Request access' feature sends notification only to your email and web monitor account, as of now. Our dev team is actively working on adding this feature to the Monitor app as well. The features available in the web monitor account and Monitor app will be in the same page soon. We appreciate your help and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.
