Mobicip's dictionary

Forums:

I would have thought that the filter for elementary and possibly middle school would not allow the F-word, s-word, c-word and others to get through on the dictionary provided on the app's homepage. I was testing this newly added app on both my kids Itouches and was able to get definitions on all of these words. Why?

Re: Mobicip's dictionary

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We tried to reproduce the scenario you mentioned and the f & s words were blocked by Mobicip at all three filtering levels. Can you please let us know the exact steps you followed that brought up the search results so that we can investigate further?

We have requested our dev team to look into the c word and block it asap for the elementary and middle school levels. We will post an update as soon as we hear from them.
