iOS

  • If your child's device has iOS 9.x or later, it is highly recommended that you update the app to take advantage of the new features.
  • Make sure to re-enable Safari on your child's iPhone or iPad. Mobicip can filter Safari, Chrome or any browser now.
  • Don't forget to install Mobicip on your own iPhone, iPad or Android phone in Parent mode. Also, feel free to invite anyone else you share parenting duties with. After all, the app can be used in Parent Mode on any number of authorized devices.
  • If you had upgraded to Premium before, you may continue to use the Safe Browser, especially on older iOS devices that cannot be updated.
  • Enterprise/School accounts using either Global Proxy or Custom App should continue to work as before. Need help? Get in touch
  • The erstwhile 'Basic' or free plan with limited features has been discontinued. However, your account is setup with a 1-device-free plan so you can protect (with all features included) one of your family's devices. Learn more
