In the past I was under someone else mobicip account "email@example.com" as a profile user "Cory". At the time, I was using the Iphone Mobicip App and was working perfectly. Then I decided to switch account users and get another partner instead. So I deleted myself as there user under their account. Then I made a new account (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I paid the 39.00 for a year. When I went to sign in through my phone under the mobicip app, using my new username and password it came up with this "Login Failed (-404)". I re-downloaded the app and try again and it didn’t work. I downloaded it through my laptop and it worked fine but on particularly MY IPhone it doesn’t recognize my username and password. But I tried through someone else phone under my new account and it worked. I don’t know if my phone just recognizes my previous account "email@example.com” only. Is there any suggestion you would have for me please
