Hello-

My name is Cory Haghighi 

In the past I was under someone else mobicip account "craignchaunta@gmail.com" as a profile user "Cory". At the time, I was using the Iphone Mobicip App and was working perfectly. Then I decided to switch account users and get another partner instead. So I deleted myself as there user under their account. Then I made a new account (weswoodell@gmail.com) and I paid the 39.00 for a year. When I went to sign in through my phone under the mobicip app, using my new username and password it came up with this "Login Failed (-404)". I re-downloaded the app and try again and it didn’t work. I downloaded it through my laptop and it worked fine but on particularly MY IPhone it doesn’t recognize my username and password. But I tried through someone else phone under my new account and it worked. I don’t know if my phone just recognizes my previous account "craignchaunta@gmail.com” only. Is there any suggestion you would have for me please

My number if needed is 314-584-9123 to see if there is a IP Address that needs to be taken of my old account.

Hello Cory
Yes, one device cannot be registered as a Premium device under two different accounts. The error code 404 indicates the reason - 'Device registered as premium with another account'. The device has to be released from the previous account before it can be enabled using the new account. 
 
We checked the account craignchaunta@gmail.com and see four devices listed. Please confirm your device name and device signature and we will remove it from the account. Then you will be able to login using your new account.
