Hello! It is writen that "Mobicip Filter Disabled", while Mobicip working fine and filters internet correctly. Demonstrated in screenshot. What does this error mean? How to make "Mobicip Filter Enabled"? Thank you. Using Windows 10 and Google Chrome.

Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We request you to delete and reinstall Mobicip on the computer once and check if it helps. If the issue still exists, then please let us know the following and we will assist further:
- Are you able to access internet on the device fine when you see the message 'Mobicip filter disabled'?
- Are Mobicip filtering and restrictions working on the computer when you see the message?
- Anti-virus software or firewall enabled on the device (if any)
