We are sorry for the trouble you are having. Please note that our app runs in a sandbox and cannot affect anything in the system, and this is a restriction imposed by Apple that no developer can violate even if we wanted to.
In other words Mobicip does not have the ability to control other apps available on the device like Weetwoo. So, it cannot prevent the Weetwoo or Lego app from working if they are separate apps available from the iTunes app store. If you have disabled Youtube in your device settings (Launch Settings app >> General >> Restrictions >> Youtube >> Off), then, you may have to enable it to watch Weetwoo's videos. This is the case if the app depends on the Youtube app to play its videos. But Mobicip by itself does not have the ability to control any other app on the device.
Please send us an email to Mobicip Support if you still have issues and we will investigate the issue further.
