recently we went on vacation where we had hotel wifi. Ever since we got back both my kids phones and their tablet say "hotspot detected. Could not connect to Mobicip servers." I have tried adding Mobicip.net to my router controls but cannot seem to reset the Mobicip app. Please help. I have only had this service for a few weeks and I am already very frustrated as it is currently not letting my kids use the internet at all.
