LOG-IN PROBLEM Ipod Touch

I cannot log-in to Mobicip App on the ipod Touch. It says log-in attempt failed but I log-in fine on my PC. I have reset password on the PC and tried again - still doesn't work. NB I had previously installed Mobicip but my son deleted it and I have now reinstalled via Apple Apps. I want to set up controls agaon.

This is a follow-up to the login problem you had reported. Our dev team has investigated the issue and found that the password entered on the device was incorrect and that is why the login failed. However, the password entered when you logged in on the website was correct.

You may want to try to reset the password here and try again. Try to set a simple password with no unicode characters (any regular English alphanumeric characters should work fine). If you have tried this and are still having problems, please send us your phone number and suggest a convenient time to call. It may be easier to resolve this issue over a phone call.

Please try this and let us know if the problem is resolved now. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.

I am having the exact same problem!

 I can log in to the web site but not via my Ipod.

If you're able to login on the website, it means your password is correct. If you entered the exact same password on the app and it failed, the problem could be with the username - the email address in this case. The website is somewhat lenient and allows you to login with upper case letters in place of lower case. The app is more strictly case-sensitive and tries to match the username exactly as registered. Please contact us via the contact page or email and we can tell you exactly why the login fails and how to resolve the issue.

iPod touch

I can't log in to the iPod touch. I can log on to my iPad, but not the iPod.

If you can please let us know the exact error message with error code (if any) that you get while trying to login to Mobicip, we will guide you further accordingly. Also let us know your Mobicip - registered email id, so that we can look into your account settings and isolate the cause faster. Just Paid for Mobicip and Can't Login via iPod NOR via PC

PC (website) says "not a registered user", but I double checked and my email address is put in the same.  The app installed, but  after inputting username and password, it says "Login Failed (-401).  What the heck is going on?  If I can't log in either way, what CAN I do?

can't log in

I am unable to log in on my daughters ipod touch.  I just updated our subscription online and logged in there just fine.  I have changed some of the filters on there she still can not get into the websites she would like.
