I submitted a support request on April 24th. To date I have received two emails. One told me to uninstall and reinstall. I had already done that before contacting support. When that was not helpful, a second e-mail informed me that my issue was being forwarded to the development team. Since then, despite my attempts for further info, I have not had any further contact from Mobicip.
This is unacceptable. A $40 application should have a better support structure.
