I have mobicip installed on my son's iPhone. Every couple months or so it automatically signs him out of the app. This is extremely frustrating because then I need to go to him and resign in.
If setup correctly, you will need to login and enable the Mobicip browser only once. It will automatically remember the credentials and authenticate during subsequent sessions.
If login fails every time, it means that either the password has changed or there is some kind of connection error.
Once the issue occurs the next time, sent an email to our Email Support via your registered email id and provide a couple of time-stamps when it happened. We will investigate it immediately.
