Just installed on 2 identical laptops - 1 works, the other does not. !?!?!

Identical Windows 10 laptops.

Install went fine

Both show up on web portal

Both are set to use the same sec profile

One works and blocks

The other completely ignores and is not being secured.

Please respond - I uninstalled and reinstalled the client and still no difference.

About to cancel / demand refund for service.

Need someone to get back please.
